The engagement
Project Planning and Control (PPC) is FR2’s ongoing planning and controls engagement with HSEJV, the joint venture between Haslin Constructions and Stephen Edwards Constructions.
Where a package engagement ends at handover, a planning and control engagement runs continuously: maintaining the programme, capturing progress, forecasting, reporting to the client and the joint venture’s own management, and keeping the contemporaneous record that time and cost positions are later argued from. It is the function rather than a single project.

- Live programme management — progress capture, forecasting and reporting
- Construction planning — methodology and staging support
- Extension of time support — delay analysis from the contemporaneous record
