Risk expressed as dates and dollars
A risk register that never reaches the programme changes nothing. FR2 runs risk against the schedule and the cost plan, so contingency is a number you can defend rather than a percentage someone chose.
What we do
- Risk identification workshops with the delivery team, not just the office
- Qualitative risk registers with owners, triggers and treatment actions
- Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) — Monte Carlo simulation on the P6 programme
- Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) and contingency determination
- P50 / P80 completion confidence and criticality ranking of drivers
How it connects
Risk analysis runs on the baseline built by scheduling, tests the methodology set out in construction planning, and draws on constructability reviews for the buildability risks that a register usually misses. Simulation of physical staging is covered under simulation and risk mitigation.
