The packages

The North Strathfield brownfield and greenfield works split the site by the constraint that governs it. FR2 contributed planning support for Sydney Metro.

Greenfield work happens clear of the operating railway and can be programmed on its own merits. Brownfield work sits inside the rail corridor, where it depends on protection arrangements and booked possessions, and where a slip can cost an access window rather than a few days. Separating the two lets each be planned against the constraint that actually applies, and makes the interface between them the thing to manage.
